Hi, I’m Brooke Schohl. If you’re looking for a Registered Dietitian who is ALL IN on helping you reach goals you never thought possible, I am your girl. My approach is completely customized; I want you to succeed and to be the healthiest version of yourself. I know endurance sports well, I’ve lived and breathed them for years. Whether your passion is skiing, climbing, running, cycling, swimming, triathlon, fishing, hunting, mountaineering, or team/individual sports, dialing in food, hydration, and electrolyte intake is a must!

    I offer blood testing through Athlete Blood Testing (ABT), which is specifically designed for athletes. All testing recommendations are geared toward performance optimization, and include personalized analysis.
